Sweet!
I compared this to the Smith & Wesson Volunteer XV. Basically the same rifle. But at the end of the day, the reviews that I watched on YouTube (and I watched a LOT of them) all seemed to give the nod to the Ruger. Mainly, they all felt it was more accurate down-range. Now that I have it, its obvious to me that it's a quality firearm. The range is closed today but I'll be there bright and early tomorrow morning!

Glock 48x MOS
This is a very fine Glock micro and yet still has the right size for most people to shoot. I really like mine!! I will, in most likely a case, change the trigger shoe. I am not a fan. It works well, but it's just not what I like. Other than that, it's a very nice pistol overall. Its a good shooter!!!!! It shipped fast no problems with the FFL. Thanks to all!!!!!!!!!!!!

New Marlins are awesome!
I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m sure with lighter loads this rifle wouldn’t kick as hard as it does but I can’t seem to help myself—I love the shoulder hammering. It’s more of a hard shove kind of recoil rather than a sharp crack, so not too bad. The action is much smoother than I expected. The fit and finish is beautiful and I love looking at the large 45-70 Government stamp on the barrel. I never used a skinner peep sight before but it’s growing on me. This rifle is everything I hoped a 45-70 would be—amazing!
The service and shipping from Sportsman’s Outdoor Superstore was top notch and lightning fast.

Glock 30 Gen 4 LE Trade-in
Thank you SOSS for this great concealed carry to complete my 3 gun collection.
The mags provide a perfect grip with the pinky flare. All the other sizes and
drum insert work perfectly. Arrived promptly at my FFL in like-new condition.
It even had the original test fire casings signed and sealed in the carry case with a
brush, lock, manual and extra mag. Empty lock open works great also. My best gun!
