Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to bring my own handgun?

No. You are not required to bring your own handgun to the class, although you are more than welcome to do so. Rental guns will be provided for those who don't have a handgun to bring.

Will ammunition be provided for the range session?

Yes. Ammunition is provided for the range session.

What is the age requirement?

You must be 21 or older to attend the Vance Outdoors CCW Class.

How many people can attend each class?

Each CCW class can take up to 24 students.

All ammunition used in rental firearms must be purchased from the range staff at the time of the rental. No other ammunition is permitted to be fired in firearms that are owned and rented through the Shooting Range.

No firearm will be rented to a non-member that is patronizing the range alone. Members who are shooting alone on the range may rent firearms after their initial visit to the range as a member.

Machine guns and fully automatic firearms may not be permitted on the range at this

A valid Ohio driver's license or state ID must be presented at the time of rental. The license will be retained at the front desk until the firearm is returned
