Standard Return Policy:
New, unopened items sold by Sportsman’s Outdoor Superstore may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund of the product. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of
giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive
the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be notified by e-mail once we have processed the refund.
- All consumable items (e.g., tape, CD & DVD's, Books, SD cards) once unwrapped
- Special order merchandise
- Ammunition and Reloading Products
- Sights or Scopes that have been mounted on crossbows or firearms
- Any underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Gift Cards. (These are redeemable for merchandise only, and may not be redeemed for cash)

Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to return an item you will first need to contact our Customer Service department at 855-755-0523 or send an email to email@example.com
- When sending the item back, place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- If you receive a label via email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, hangtags for apparel and any accessories.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issue.
- Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
