I ordered my Ruger 22/45 MkIII which is my first ever .22LR pistol from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore because their pricing was very competitive, especially when factoring in the shipping savings. Ive only had the pistol at range one time so far but it does exactly what its supposed to do, accurate, reliable and is an excellent value. I am quite happy with the gun and with my buying experience from Sportsmans Outdoor as well.
I was going to buy this gun at Buds Gun Shop but they tried to charge $100.00 more. My first purchase from this site and it was smooth and fast. The gun is amazingly accurate and I could not stop shooting it. Never had problem with the ammo and I had people asking me what I was shooting. This is one gun I will never sell or trade. I ordered a fiber optic sight and I can't wait to get it.
I just recently bought two of these for a NRA basic pistol class I am teaching. I did receive them very quickly from Sportsmans Outdoor, I look forward to doing more business with them.
I had not shot a 22 in literally 30+ years. I took them to the range after doing an initial cleaning and inspection. All I can say is WOW. Right out of the box they both are very accurate and identically sighted in nicely. I shot 5 rounds out of each of the 4 mags @ 7 yards I got a hole that would fit under a quarter. At 40+ feet I was able to do a 2 1/2 group. The guns truly do shoot better than I do.
I will be back for more when my class grows.
