I rated a 4 in customer satisfaction only based on the grip. My hands will palm a basketball, so Ruger's grips are small. However, I purchased Hogue wood grips and they are larger and more comfortable. The weight does tame the mag loads a bit. It is a hunting handgun using .41 Mag and I can practice with .41 Spl loads I have developed. Sights are adequate for under 100 yds if I do my job. Deer drop clean. With the transfer bar, 6 loads can be carried safely. Sorry to say that revolver is no longer in Ruger's catalog.
This .22LR setup will drive tacks out to 50 yds. No problems with cycling using sub sonic 1050 fps ammo and Bannish 22 supressor. Threaded barrell is nice to have.
As another reviewer wrote, this thing is so feature-rich. With the peep sights, pic rail, threaded barrel, flash hider, collector series bolt engraving, unique stock, for a price of $240!!! Holy shit, I shoulda bought 2 of them. Oh wait.... I DID!!!
Very small and light. Highly recommend the 7 round mag. Buy 2 from this site. The extra grip real estate makes a difference. It is accurate for what it is. Choose self-defense ammo carefully. Not all hollow points work with this short barrel. Fun to shoot. Does make my M&P 9 seem heavy. No malfunctions for first 150 rounds. Aluminum case ammo shoots fine.
This .350 Legend has knockdown power. Its short barrel makes it great for tight places, including stands and tree climbers. The muzzle brake is a bonus for me. Although the .350 Legend isn't a big kick round, the short barrel and lightweight give a good enough thump. The Go-Wild finish is great. Harvested a big doe @120 yds last season, and a 7 pt buck @25 yards. Yes, twenty-five yards. My wife and my grandson can handle it, so now we are looking at purchasing one more.
I won a 350 Legend and a 450 Bushmaster as well. Just gave the 450 to my brother, and all three have a distinction about them. I've read some reviews that say the 400 Legend wasn't needed because it is just a middle of the road gun. In my opinion, it is not. Doesn't have the kick of the 450, yet more power than the 350 Legend. Harvested a 10 pt with it last season. Dropped where he stood, and I was able to stay down in the scope and see it. The three position safety is a bonus. Stock has a great feel to it. If I had to list one con, it would be more of a preference. I wish that it came with a flush magazine as well.
