Ignore factory figures....The M4 16.1 is only a fraction of an ounce under 7lbs. This rifle is 6.25lbs, and with 20rd mag, still just under 6.5lbs.....Which ties a 10/22 in an stainless side folder...and shorter than same .22 in factory stock. If you want an AR that truly handles and weighs as a rimfire, this is THE one.
