The Bolt-Up System rail has undergone rigorous testing, and the GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle offers fully ambidextrous operation for both left- and right-handed shooters. Complete with an M16 profile bolt carrier group, this upper receiver is built to Mil-Spec standards and precision machined in the USA.
