CCI Stinger .22 LR 32 grain hollow point ammo is a hyper-velocity rimfire load for varmint hunting. Each 50-round box of CCI item 50 contains copper-plated hollow point bullets loaded in CCI brass.
32-Grain Copper-Plated Hollow Point
Stinger pairs a 32-grain bullet with a published muzzle velocity of 1640 fps. This is the copper-plated hollow point load rather than a solid round-nose target round. Actual velocity varies with the firearm and barrel length.
Compatibility: Use only in firearms with standard ANSI sporting barrel and chamber dimensions. Follow the ammunition restrictions in your firearm's owner's manual.

Ammo is fine ..but my review is for this company. To put it simply they are the best out there from shipping within a day to real person on the phone for customer service
This CCI Stinger round is really hard to beat. The ONLY con to this ammo is the extra length of the brass. If your auto loader cycles fine with it, then this is the BEST ammo for you. Super fast ammo and really hard hitting. The trick is to find this ammo at a reasonable price. Check it out. Rocky222
CCI Stingers would be the perfect .22 LR round if it were not for the slight difference in casing size. They are measurably LONGER. That is how they get the extra powder charge to push the round so fast. A few handguns will have some trouble ejecting this round. However, it will run through your gun, you have a 22 round that will reach out and touch, whatever you are shooting at. I buy all I can get.

This ammo works well in both my Ruger 10/22 and Marlin model 60. I use CCI ammo because it’s a good price for ammo that always works well.
CCI ammo has always worked well for me in any .22LR rifle or pistol. The Stinger adds more speed and hitting power for small game.
I've had very good luck with the CCI Stingers. I shot well over 2,000 rounds without any issues. They are also good for small game because of the 1640 feet per second they offer.
