The M&P Performance Model from Smith & Wesson was engineered with the competitive shooter in mind. The ported barrel will help the competitive shooter keep the muzzle flip to a minimum, and keep them on target each and every time.
Smith & Wesson has enhanced these models even further by adding an adjustable trigger stop, so the shooter can adjust to their comfort level. Right out of the box, you can mount up to 6 different red dots to the M&P Performance Center pistol, without any custom gunsmithing work.

Normally I do not write reviews. Good or bad, I simply will not take the time to write one. I am making an exception to try and help people make a decision whether or not to purchase a firearm from Sportsman Outdoor Superstore. Here is what I experienced: item was listed as in stock, easy site to navigate BTW. Put item in cart, selected my preferred FFL dealer, paid with credit card with no additional charge. Next day received tracking information. Purchase on a Thursday, dealer received on Monday. Received a notification from FED-EX the gun had been delivered and who signed for it. Extremely painless doing business and for what I purchased the priced was by far the best out there.
I am totally satisfied with my purchase of this weapon. My item shipped very quickly. Extremely accurate and reliable with very minimal recoil. Over 2,000 rounds through it with no failures or any issues. The interchangeable backstraps should fit most hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking to just shoot targets or possibly do some competition shooting. Thanks to Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore for a great transaction on a great firearm!
