You see that G21 on the bottom right with the stippling That's the one I got. So if you're reading this, the good news is you will not be getting that one. I am still giving Sportsmans an overall 5, because the folks seemed nice and gun operated as flawlessly as a Glock should. It is a Trade gun, so it is indeed a grab bag. Mine had different S/Ns between upper and lower, but barrel and slide matched. Frame was undateable, but from some research and inductive reasoning, the barrel/slide S/N EXG are probably from around 2002. Rifling in bore looked good, but a lot of debris in the receiver, and the trigger has a nice mushy feel from being well worn. Suffice to say, the LEOs who were issued this gun seemed to enjoy shooting it as much I have. It is FUN to shoot, and proved accurate at 10 yards with local reman ammo. Nonetheless, being a finicky shooter and collector, I am going to replace the lower receiver at personal cost. With that said, if these become available, I recommend BUY.

Ordered the G21 police trade in a good condition and was very pleased at the overall condition. Yes, there was holster wear, but the gun other than being dirty was in good shape. In reviewing, the barrel, slide and the frame all had matching serial numbers and all fit very well together. Another great purchase from Sportsmans!!!!
Holy cow! I firmly believe the last owner of this firearm had never cleaned it, ever. It wasn't rusty only because the build up kept the elements off. Haha! I cleaned it, put it in a cycle of the sonic cleaner. I cleaned it again and put it through another cycle in the sonic cleaner and cleaned it again. I could still get a dirty patch but not nearly as much. Anyways, took it out and shot it and it works just fine. Cleaned it up again and actually looks pretty nice. This is my second police trade from SOSS and I am just waiting on the next one to come along that presents a value to me. Don't worry about the stipling and/or holster wear. If it functions it's all good.
Hot Dang! I saw the pictures, read some of the reviews and said Why Not! I thought I would get something with lots of holster wear, grip wear, maybe some personalization... home made soldering iron experiment or something. This thing has some dings on the mag base plate, a few scuffs on the slide and front sight. The guys at the gun shop were all looking this deal up to see if they could order it quick. All my Glocks are LE trade ins... this one is in the best shape. I should have got another.... I know I got a good one from the batch, but it's a Glock.... for the price I don't think you'll be sorry. By the way, the frame was totally stripped with all the parts in a zip lock bag, so you may have to assemble. But I know it's all put together right and that all the parts work. I'll shoot it tomorrow.
