This is an Impact-29 MOA Reticle. Leupold Impact reticles feature a system of precision aiming points to compensate for bullet drop and wind drift without turning dials. The reticles can also be used to range your target. For example, the Impact-29 MOA gives shooters 29 MOA of elevation holdover.
