The XDS 9mm Tactical Gray is one of the newest additions to Springfield's popular line of XDS pistols. This model features a gray frame accompanied by contrasting black features.
Every Springfield polymer pistol now comes as an Essentials Package, which contains all of the basics you need - minus the ammo, of course. This slimmed down package includes your XDS Gray pistol, two magazines, two interchangeable backstraps that allow you to custom fit your grip, a cable lock, and a bore brush, all inside of a lockable hard case.
The two magazines that come with your XDS Essentials Package include one 7-round flush-fitting magazine, along with Springfield's 8-round Mid-Mag with the X-Tension grip sleeve.

This was the first gun I purchased for EDC and I cant say enough good things about it. It's on my hip every time I leave the house and I barely notice it. I have yet to have a FTE and I've easily put a few thousand rounds through it. I do now have my eye on the Hellcat though, slightly smaller and higher capacity. So far, in my opinion, you can't go wrong with Springfield Armory and Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore is always great to deal with!
Pistol came exactly as described, on time, with lots of accessories that made this an extremely well priced buy. Shoots fine and has not had a problem of any kind. Barrel is short, which limits accuracy, but that is a known limit of a 3" barrel. Great gun for a great price.
I have nothing but a great experience with SOSS they were great to deal with and have the best pricing. The item was on time, in stock, and exactly as described. The only negative thing I would say about the pistol is that the grip stippling is a little rough.
I own and love Springfield handguns. The 3.3 is the first single stack with the smaller frame. Feels good in your hand when shooting, and is accurate. The only thing that I think could be better is the trigger. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 on the overall rating. Hope they make some upgrades for the trigger.
