Excellent rifle, super accurate just as advertised. . high performance at a super friendly price. It came with a Vortex 4-12X scope for $350. This is a great rifle to hunt with.

(5 out of 5) Great shooting rifle.

Worked flawless out the box. Shoots great. My intial impression of the stock was wow Ive never seen a stock polymer this thin and flymsy. After shooting it I have no issue with the performance of the stock. Lightweight and very low recoil.Nice etchings on barrel, quality look and feel. And the sale price from SOSS made this a great purchase. And the deal on scope made it a no brainer. Nice Vortex scope by the way.

I have the same rifle in 308. After getting my scope zeroed and when hunting a few times, on my last hunt I've got to wondering why my stock was getting loose. So I put it in the vise and took out the 2 screws and saw that there was no lock tight or any thread sealer. So after taking 5 deer and a box of shells they loosened up so be careful, and if you buy this rifle put lock tight on stock screws.

I ordered one of these guns due to the price. Well so far I haven’t been let down. Quality of rifle is more than expected at this price point. Being a guy that likes quality in my firearms, I’m a little hard on reviews.
The only negative thing I can say about the rifle so far, is the cheap stock TC puts on this weapon, but this is an easy fix with a Boyds stock. I hope this helps someone on a choice you're struggling with. Well worth the money.

(5 out of 5) Unbelievable gun
by from New Plymouth, ID on

When I took the gun to the range I was somewhat apprehensive, but that changed quickly. It took several shots to cite in my 4 x 16 Nikon. After that I was shooting 1 inch groups at 100 yards . I was totally amazed. What a good shooter for such a cheap price.
Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore made it quick and easy to make the purchase. I am now going to buy the 223/5.56 model and hope it’s as good as my 308!

Was very impressed with the accuracy of the gun. First trip to the range was shooting 1 inch groups at 100 yrd. A nice Burris scope and cheap Wal-mart ammo seemed to be a good combination.
