Customer Comments & Questions
Customer Reviews
Product arrived as described and fast. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Great to deal with, I will definitely go though them on my next purchase.
This is the 3rd firearm Ive purchased from SOSS and it's outstanding, as is their customer service. Great upgrade from my 1.0 M&P 9mm. New features are exactly what the doctor ordered... especially the new grip texture. Will continue to rely on Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore for great prices and top-notch service.
This is the first time I have purchased from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore, pistol arrived in perfect condition and on time, great service and price, I will definitely do business with them again.
Very happy with service, shipped quickly to my lgs, as advertised.
Being a first-time firearms owner, I am very happy with my decision to go with this M&P2.0 full-size handgun. Thanks to the interchangeable grip inserts and the aggressive texturing on the grip, it fits like a glove in my hands. Field-stripping is fairly straight-forward as is putting it back together. The only thing I personally struggle with is the slide lock which is very difficult to disengage with my thumb. Hoping it will loosen up over time. Other than that, I am confident that I made the right purchase. In terms of my buying experience with Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore, the whole process couldnt be any easier and more straight-forward. It took about 2 weeks for my FFL to receive the gun but thats actually really good given the whole high-demand situation in late 2020. If I ever need another firearm, SOS will undoubtedly be my preferred choice.
