The Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 pistol, the newest innovation to the respected M&P polymer pistol line. Designed for personal, sporting, and professional use, the M&P M2.0 delivers an entirely new platform, introducing innovative features in nearly every aspect of the pistol, including trigger, grip, frame, and finish. Highlights of the M&P M2.0 pistol include an extended stainless-steel chassis and high grip to barrel bore axis ratio for reduced muzzle rise and faster aim recovery. The M&P M2.0 pistol further improves performance with a fine-tuned, crisper trigger, lighter pull and a tactile and audible reset. The pistol, available in three calibers, includes an aggressively-textured grip and four interchangeable palmswell inserts for optimal hand-fit and trigger reach. The striker-fire, semi-automatic polymer pistol includes two magazines, a limited lifetime warranty and a lifetime service policy.

Being a first-time firearms owner, I am very happy with my decision to go with this M&P2.0 full-size handgun. Thanks to the interchangeable grip inserts and the aggressive texturing on the grip, it fits like a glove in my hands. Field-stripping is fairly straight-forward as is putting it back together. The only thing I personally struggle with is the slide lock which is very difficult to disengage with my thumb. Hoping it will loosen up over time. Other than that, I am confident that I made the right purchase. In terms of my buying experience with Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore, the whole process couldnt be any easier and more straight-forward. It took about 2 weeks for my FFL to receive the gun but thats actually really good given the whole high-demand situation in late 2020. If I ever need another firearm, SOS will undoubtedly be my preferred choice.
