The M&P M2.0 pistol is now available in compact size, ideal for concealed carry. Highlights of the M&P M2.0 Compact pistol include an extended stainless-steel chassis and high grip to barrel bore axis ratio for reduced muzzle rise and faster aim recovery. The M&P M2.0 pistol further improves performance with a fine-tuned, crisper trigger, lighter pull and a tactile and audible reset. The pistol, available in three calibers, includes an aggressively-textured grip and four interchangeable palmswell inserts for optimal hand-fit and trigger reach. Includes two magazines, a limited lifetime warranty and a lifetime service policy.

First of all this is one heck of a firearm! I've shot smith&wesson quite often. I'm looking forward to trying out my firearm at the range soon. The intricate design is awesome its like an oversized shield but with more ammo! Definitely love it!
This pistol is outstanding. I first bought a G43 for concealed carry. I like this gun, but now that I have experienced the new 2.0 I may go to carrying a compact instead of the subcompact. The balance is terrific! Accuracy don't get any better. When you can put 15 rounds in the 9s at 10 yds. you win! The trigger is very comfortable and has about an eighth inch take-up then an easy, but crisp bang. I opted for the manual safety and find it to be very accessible with right or left thumb. Would I recommend this gun, definitely. Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore shipped the gun as promised with no hassles. Thanks.
Great gun, no thumb safety version was out of stock. So I ordered this one and ordered some safety frame plugs on another site. You can also call S&W and request them to send you thumb safety plugs. The gun is identical whether it has the safety or not, the frame just has plugs on the NS version.
I am very happy with this firearm. The work they did on accuracy compared to the first generation is very noticeable. I shot very well on the few trips to the range Ive had with it. Like every review you've watched probably mentioned, it's the size of the G19 and thank God. I love the G19 but I definitely prefer this pistol. If you're sensitive to rough stippling then that might be the only downside. I like it personally but its easier to lightly sand a rough grip than to make a smooth one rough. As far as Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore goes, I could not be happier. They were great people to deal with especially when you live in an area that is unfriendly to firearms as mine. But they knew their stuff and sent it to my FFL quickly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again!

Received from SOSS in 2 days. Put 150 rounds through it without a single hiccup. Very accurate. The magazines are new and so hard to load by hand double stack, so it isn't going down straight but at an angle. A loader is a must for me, I got Uplula. SOSS is the best place for firearms. Fast delivery, good prices.

Outstanding firearm right out of the box!
The Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 9 MM is a great gun. Very accurate and easy to shoot. I took it to the range and have put over 2,000 rounds of different ammo with no problems.
I sold my M&P 2.0 Performance Center pistol because the ported barrel fouled the light pipe front sight after a few rounds which made it difficult to see the sight. I bought this gun to replace it and fell in love with it. Soft recoil, excellent trigger pull, great ergonomics and shoots to point of aim right out of the box. The safety is in just the right place for my thumb to rest on when I grip the gun. I wish I'd bought two of them!
