You've been asking, and Windham answered! Announcing the new Windham Weaponry 9mm GMC (Glock Magazine Compatible) Pistol. This pistol includes one of the most popular features in a 9mm - the bolt-hold back detail. When the last round is fired, the bolt will lock back and stay open.
The pistol includes a 9” barrel with Melonite QPQ finish, a mil-spec buffer tube, a 7” Windham Weaponry M-LOK free-floating handguard, and a five-position SB Tactical arm brace.

I've been burned before buying the first production year of a new firearm but not this time. Windhams GMC 9mm AR pistol is great. I cleaned and lubed it before running 375 rounds through it. The pistol ran flawlessly using original Glock 17 magazines and also ran flawlessly with the original Glock 33 round magazines. The pistol comes with a Magpul Glock compatible magazine but it always caused a jam feeding the last round. Needless to say, I relegated the Magpul magazine to duty as a malfunction training aid. The pistol fed Federal HST 147 grain JHP without issue along with Blazer Brass 115 grain FMJ. The pistol was much more accurate at distance with the 147 grain ammo.
The trigger is on the heavy side but not too bad. The trigger breaks cleanly and is not gritty. All surfaces of the pistol are smooth and snag free. If you are in the market for a 9mm AR pistol that you can count on, the Windham GMC will deliver. Thank you Sportsman's Outdoor Superstar for the quick delivery and great price.
