I found the Customer Service simply Outstanding! FedEx had predictable delays however, the store kept an eye on the package, made sure it was on track and it arrived intact within 5 Business Days! The 20/Box was typical of Russian packaging wrapped in brown paper ,stapled both ends and slid into a neat little labeled box! 500 Rds. dropped perfectly right into one of my .30 ammo cans! I only checked the first box to confirm cal. and will need to test the cartridge.. For .35 a rd I am well pleased!
