Since the P365 made its debut, it was an immediate success. The consumer demand for a micro compact pistol with a full-size capacity was extraordinary, and as a result, the P365 quickly became the most popular micro-compact pistol on the market today. The only feature that was consistently requested was that of a manual safety. The P365-MS adds this feature with the same concealability and capacity as the original P365, all while maintaining the pistol's thin profile and ergonomic feel.
The P365-MS is a high-capacity, micro-compact, striker-fired, 9mm pistol featuring a high-capacity, patented modified double-stack magazine for a 10+1 full-size capacity, with 12-round factory made magazines available for 13-round capacity, an ambi-manual safety, ambi-mag catch, and a polymer grip module. The P365-MS comes equipped with X-RAY3 day/night sights and two 10-round magazines.
I'm retired LEO so I have been carrying concealed for 35 years and I've carried at least 6 or 7 different handguns, and this is the best concealed carry weapon out there. It is small enough where you can put it in your cargo pants pocket or concealed in a inside the pants holster under a tee-shirt. Very reliable with 10 round capacity.
I just got my new Sig Sauer P365 66A684883 today. Unfortunately, the slide catch lever release is very very very very very very tight!!!!!!! I can’t release it when the empty magazine is inside. I have to release the magazine first before I can press the slide catch lever. It is horrible! I found other people also report the same problem online I called Sig Saucer and want them to take it back and replace a new one to me. But, they said this is their design1 Terrible!!
I bought this and added a green Lima laser and I must say I am impressed. I just shot 200 rounds through it with no failures. With laser adjusted it is very accurate, and very accurate using just the sights. I loaded and used the 10 round mag and the 12 round mags, no problems. The only thing you may need is a mag loader to top off the mags to cap, the spring is stiff. Great Shooter for sure, well worth the money.
P365 is solid after 300 rounds. Accurate to 50 yards all day long. Manual safety works great, use inside of right thumb to work safety, no issues with functionality. Also magazine release is effortless for rapid reload.
Only used 10 round mag once with no issues, reminder for shooting session was with two of the 15 round mags. No issues with the 15 or 10 round mags. No extractor issues or marking of the rear of the magazine. I would probably go with a 12 round mag as 15 rounds sticks out a bit using a sticky holster. Profile is much smaller than the S&W Shield I use to carry. Time will tell but I think Sig finally ironed out all of their issues with the P365.
