Introducing a first of its kind, the 4" Performance Center Shield is enhanced with a plethora of features that can only be found in the Performance Center family. For starters, these postils feature a Performance Center tuned action, and like the 2.0 series, an aggressive grip texture for enhanced control. Each pistol includes two magazines, one standard flush fitting magazine, and one extended finger groove magazine.

Each pistol includes a Performance Center Branded Cleaning Kit.

Received the first pistol with tooling marks in the rifling of the barrel and a blemish on top of the slide. Right away I called S&W customer service and a return label was sent instantly. Pistol barrel and slide were replaced and returned quickly by S&W. Any company can miss something, the great companies make it right! Thank you Smith and Wesson!
 Once I finally got the pistol onto the range, I was amazed with the Performance Center 4 Shield .45 acp. The trigger is EXCELLENT and so is the ACCURACY! There is a reason why I own 4 different M&P pistols! Your 2.0 pistols, both full-size and Shield are OUTSTANDING!
 I'd give 5 stars overall instead of 4 on this Performance Center Shield, if I had not needed to send the first barrel and slide back to S&W.
