You take your chances buying a firearm sight unseen, but a gamble is worth it when the price is right. I took the chance on ordering one of these Shields, and I received what is pretty much a new gun. There were no wear marks on the barrel hood, and only the slightest scuff on the thumb safety. Everything thing else is perfect and looks new. It came with both mags, box, lock, paperwork, and warranty card.
