I was very concerned when my payment had been pulled 12-14 days prior to the shipping of this rifle! We are prone to seeing how other warehouses pull payment when items have shipped, and not before. Email response was very slow, and non existent, but Facebook Messenger worked for faster answers! Overall a good experience, but when over $1000.00 is billed to a credit card two weeks before shipment, it makes one nervous.
I received my product after a 14 day wait. Im ok with that, what bothered me was the only reply I got, to my questions was when I messaged them on FB. Product was in perfect condition
