The fit and feel of the rifle is perfect. 350 legend has yet to prove itself as a legend, but in terms of energy it’s basically a 30-30 for states that have straight wall restrictions for deer hunting. The wood stock is gorgeous, the cerakote is great and protects the metal better than blueing does. Barely has any recoil, about the same as a 223 from feel. Maybe a tad more but pretty light recoil. Barrel is free floated so it’s consistently accurate. At 100 yards I was able to get multiple MOA or smaller groups. Which for a straight walled round is pretty impressive. As for optics/scope mounts, I’d recommend getting Talley integrated rings, with a good 1-6x24 or similar scope. Great little fun and a blast to shoot.
I havent had a chance to shoot it yet with all the rain that weve been getting recently. Its definitely the nicest looking 350 legend bolt action rifle that I have seen. I have seen them all. Savage, Ruger, Mossberg. This one looks like a true rifle should. The magazine is easy to take off and on. You wont be disappointed.
