(1 out of 5) Disappointing Brightness, Restrictive Warranty, and No Customer Support

I regret buying these sights. The product advertises a 12-year warranty, but after reading the warranty terms, I learned that you must provide the original sales receipt to make a claim. Most people are unlikely to keep a paper receipt for that long. My biggest disappointment, however, is the tritium brightness. The packaging and advertising describe these sights as providing maximum brightness day and night. In my experience, the tritium on my brand-new TruGlo sights is noticeably dimmer than the original Sig Sauer night sights, even though my factory sights are approximately 16 years old as of the date of this review. That was completely unexpected.

I also had a poor customer service experience with TruGlo. I called the customer service number printed on the packaging, but the only response was that the person was unavailable and the mailbox was full. There was no option to reach another representative or leave a message, so I was unable to get assistance. Based on my experience with the product, the warranty requirements, and the inability to reach customer support, I cannot recommend these sights. There are other brands on the market that I would consider before purchasing these again.
