The Hi-Point 995 Classic is a reintroduction paying homage to the 1st generation Hi-Point 995, with the original target stock. Other standard features of the Hi-Point 995 classic include a 16.5" threaded barrel and a 10-shot magazines.
All Hi-Point firearms are +P rated to accept all factory ammunition, and feature:
- Threaded 1/2 x 28 barrel standard
- Thumb magazine release
- 100% American-made parts and assembly
- FREE trigger lock, sling and swivels
- 10-round magazine (not interchangeable with C9)
- Internal recoil buffer in stock

I just received this Hi-Point 995 Classic Gen 1 Carbine. I really like the build quality, ergonomics, and weight of it. I also like the looks of this Classic 1st Gen 995 more than the newer models. I haven’t taken it to the range yet, but when I do, I will give an update. I also thought that Sportsman Outdoor Superstore made the transaction process smooth, and delivery was quick.
