This Springfield XD Gear Up package is not eligible for the Springfield Gear Up rebate.

XD-9 is a very solid tough as nails pistol, good trigger and grip, two tone O/D look fabulous as well. All safety features and loaded indicator are good!
Springfield discontinued this model. They are selling it cheap and throwing in extra mags and bags. Since we already owned an XD and extra mags, this seemed like a smart buy for my wife and me. I picked up the pistol this morning, completed the paperwork at my FFL, then drove over to the range where I loaded 50 rounds of Magtech 115 grain, 10 rounds into each of the 5 mags. I then shot some pretty decent groups and a few bullseyes. The pistol itself is basic, striker-fired, polymer with grip safety and trigger dongle. It's an excellent first pistol for someone who can't afford a VP9 and isn't a Glock Fanboy.
Pistol was as described, and the gun was shipped in 3 days.
