Springfield Armory is honored to celebrate half a century of crafting the iconic M1A, a semi-auto recreation of the legendary M14 rifle. Each rifle is presented in an eastern white pine display crate. Features an engraved 1 of 1974 operating rod, symbolizing its unique place in history; hand-selected walnut stock with a distinguished 50th anniversary medallion. The 50th Anniversary M1A is topped off with a flash hider that features an integral bayonet lug ready to accept the period accurate M6 bayonet. Includes a reproduction M14 Army Technical Manual, M1A cleaning kit, a signed certificate of authenticity with matching serial number, unique commemorative coin and a classic OD green cotton sling.
