Nice little hard to find rifle. Very quick shipping. Will purchase from here in the future.
This little rifle is a gem. It’s compact and very handy. The action is surprisingly slick when new, and I expect it’ll improve with use. The trigger is pretty good, not great, but you don’t buy a lever gun to shoot super tight groups. I’m not a huge fan of buckhorn-style rear sights, so I put a Skinner ghost ring on, and it just shoots great. Ten out of ten on an 8-inch gong at 100 yards. The rifle doesn’t feed semi-wadcutter bullets as smoothly as I’d like, but hollowpoints - even larger cavity versions - feed very smoothly.
