Received order form SOSS quickly, and at a good price.

Upon inspection I found the front night sight was dead. Contacted Ruger and they stated that would send me a new sight for me to install. It is now 36 days since I was given an order number but no sight yet. Not impressed. Solid basic entry pistol but poor support and QC makes me less likely to by a Ruger. I had a Sig with the same issue a few months ago. I had an return label by the end of the day to return the slide. I had it back 8 days after I shipped it with a new sight installed. This is impressive customer service.
