In fact, many of them dominate these divisions with the CZ SHADOW 2 in hand. “Born from Sport, tailored for EDC” is how one could describe the new CZ SHADOW 2 CARRY. Combining practical features with the shooting comfort of a sport pistol, together with the utmost attention to safety, is a challenging task. But not an impossible one!
Safety as a Priority
- The decocker allows for the safe release of a cocked hammer
- The firing pin block secures the firing pin against movement until the trigger is pulled.
- A double-action trigger with light and smooth trigger travel in both modes has been a standard feature on CZ guns for many decades. The longer travel in double-action mode also serves as a safety feature.
Shooting Comfort of a Sport Special
- The grip builds on the already legendary ergonomics of the CZ 75 and takes it a step further. Like the standard CZ SHADOW 2, the CZ SHADOW 2 CARRY model fits hands like a glove. Its sport genes are simply undeniable.
- Placement and design of the controls make them easy to reach, while maintaining carrying comfort.
Innovative Optics-Ready Interface
- The Shield RMSc Optics-Ready interface allows red dot sights to be mounted directly on the slide, without the use of a plate. This allows the red dot sight to sit closer to the barrel axis, helping to make shooting even more instinctive.
- Fixed sights as "backup". In the event that the red dot sight stops working, you can rely on fixed sights that remain in place on the gun, even with mounted optics.
Cold Hammer Forged Barrels
- Cold hammer forging is a technology that allows this key element of the firearm to be manufactured with extreme precision. A long service life is also a matter of course.
- Lifetime warranty on barrels. Additionally, all CZ SHADOW 2 CARRY pistol barrels are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects and a loss of precision.
Durable Forged Alloy Frame
- The frame is machined from forged EN AW 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, which is also used for the frames of CZ select fire rifles.
