The Ammo Inc 9115TMCSTRKRED50 Streak Visual (RED) 9mm Luger 115gr Total Metal Case ammunition is designed to provide shooters with a visible projectile path, similar to a tracer, but without the heat or fire hazards of traditional tracers.The secret behind the "streak" is the unique STREAK One-Way Luminescent Technology™ (O.W.L. Technology™). When the gun fires, the muzzle flash charges the special photo-luminescent coating on the bullet's base. This causes the base to glow, creating a bright red visual trace of the bullet's path that is visible to the shooter. The glow is only visible within 30 degrees of the shooter's point of view, so it doesn't reveal the shooter's position to others.
