The firearm itself performs well and is fun to shoot. What is a huge problem is the disassembly and cleaning process. .22 ammo burns “dirty” and requires frequent cleaning. Ease of cleaning is important. The process isn’t necessarily altogether difficult, but separating the receiver/trigger assembly from the stock is. The handgrip is structured in such a way that it requires an angled screwdriver to remove the rear takedown screw. BIG PROBLEM. The front takedown screw, no problem. Straight access and is removed in seconds. The rear screw requires extreme patience and placing the firearm in a vise to remove it. Surely this flaw can be corrected going forward. Overall, a decent gun, with adequate performance. Just remember that maintenance isn’t done quickly.
