I am very pleased with this AR, the HP-15. Hi-Point did a good job with this gun. I used a variety of M193 5.56 and .223 ammo brands such as Wolf, XTac, Frontier, Winchester, and PMC FMJ’s, none of which had any problems. If you’re looking for a well made and budget friendly AR, this is the one for you. However, this particular model doesn’t come with any sights. If you buy one of the camouflaged variants, those come with flip up, adjustable iron sights. For the base model that I purchased, you can buy the attachable iron sights off of Hi-Points website. Just copy and paste the links. https://hi-pointfirearms.net/product/utg-super-slim-flip-up-front-sight/ https://hi-pointfirearms.net/product/utg-super-slim-flip-up-rear-sight/ Alternatively, you can just purchase your choice of a red dot or holographic sight. I purchased a Firefield branded one from here for $40. Yes, it’s a cheaper sight but I haven’t had any problems with it. https://www.sportsmans.com/hunting-gear-supplies/optics-binoculars-scopes-rangefinders/red-dots/firefield-multi-reflex-1x-red-dot-multi-reticle/p/1796468 If you’re new to AR’s and don’t have thousands to spend on your first AR and accessories, HP is the way to go. They’re also backed by an unlimited lifetime warranty.
