Really nice learning rifle right here. Had some problems with the bolt and had to reach out to Savage for some new bolt extracting pins. It was pretty easy to replace the parts on the bolt and the gun shoots really well. I wish it included a larger magazine as well.
First, I love the recoil pad. Finally, a recoil pad that really makes it easy to shoot repeatedly. The 7 in the tube, gotta like that. Very smooth slide and function. Cannot beat the price at Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore too. Awesome for hunting as well as taking out BAD GUYS...in theory, of course.
