The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup, engineered with size and weight in mind for the ultimate lightweight build. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, this handguard features Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system—a durable and dependable mounting platform that maintains a slim profile while providing exceptional strength and stability.

Actual Handguard Lengths: 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", 15" (Aero Precision rail lengths measure from receiver contact point to the end of the last Picatinny slot). Available in M-LOK profiles for all listed lengths.

ATLAS System: The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts to evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the design and ensures positive registration during installation. This even pressure design prevents handguard distortion common in other mounting systems. All mounting hardware is included.
