Description
The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-ONE handguards are designed with size and weight in mind, making them ideal for lightweight builds. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system provides a durable and dependable mounting platform, maintaining a slim profile without compromising strength and stability.

Available in M-LOK profiles with actual handguard lengths of 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", and 15" (actual length: 14.94"). Aero Precision rail lengths are measured from the point of contact at the receiver to the end of the last Picatinny slot at the muzzle.

ATLAS System

The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut, secured with a turnbuckle screw and ratcheting detent. This system ensures secure installation without the distortion commonly seen with other handguard applications.

All necessary mounting hardware is included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard.

Compatibility: ATLAS Handguards are designed to match seamlessly with Aero's M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and are compatible with most mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers. However, they may not be compatible with some billet upper receivers due to indexing tabs.

Note: The ATLAS Handguards are NOT compatible with Aero's M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.
