Aero Precision Inc AR-15 7.3Inch Atlas S-One M-LOK Free Floating Handguard

The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE line of handguards is designed with size and weight in mind, making it ideal for lightweight builds. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system offers a durable, dependable mounting platform with a slim profile, while maintaining the strength and stability Aero Precision is known for.

Actual handguard lengths are 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", and 15" (Aero Precision rail lengths measure from the receiver contact point to the end of the last picatinny slot at the muzzle). Available in M-LOK profiles with multiple length options.

ATLAS: The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) features two mirrored tapered locking nuts providing evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent ensures secure installation and even pressure to avoid handguard distortion.

All mounting hardware is included.

Lightweight by Design: M-LOK Handguard Weights: 7.3" - 4.86 oz / 9.3" - 5.47 oz / 10.3" - 6.0 oz / 12.7" - 7.00 oz / 15" - 7.95 oz. Mounting hardware weight: 1.9 oz (all sizes).

Features: Front/rear picatinny rail, center rail removed for weight reduction, indexing grooves at 12:00 for grip control, QD sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, compatible with low-profile gas blocks, 1.3" inside diameter, 1.5" outside diameter, and fits mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels. Not compatible with Aero M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.
