The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE line of handguards is designed with size and weight in mind, making it the perfect choice for lightweight builds. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system offers a durable and dependable mounting platform, maintaining a slim profile while delivering the strength and stability Aero Precision handguards are known for.

Actual Handguard Lengths: 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", 15" — Aero Precision rail lengths are measured from the point of contact at the receiver to the end of the last Picatinny slot at the muzzle. Available in M-LOK profiles for all listed sizes.

ATLAS System:
The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is functional and aesthetically refined. It uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts to evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while ensuring positive registration during installation. The even pressure helps prevent distortion of the handguard during mounting.

All necessary mounting hardware is included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard.
