Aero Precision Inc AR-15 7.3inch Atlas S-One M-LOK Free Float Handguard

The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-ONE series is built with size and weight in mind, making it ideal for lightweight builds. Featuring Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system, it offers a durable, dependable mounting platform with a slim profile, while maintaining the strength and stability Aero Precision handguards are known for.

Actual Handguard Lengths: 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", and 15" (measured from the receiver contact point to the end of the last picatinny slot). Available in M-LOK profiles in multiple lengths.

ATLAS System: The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts to evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the design and ensures positive registration during installation, preventing handguard distortion.

All mounting hardware is included.

Lightweight by Design: M-LOK Handguard Weights: 7.3" - 4.86 oz, 9.3" - 5.47 oz, 10.3" - 6.0 oz, 12.7" - 7.00 oz, 15" - 7.95 oz. Mounting hardware weight: 1.9 oz (same across all sizes).

Features: Front/rear picatinny rail, removed center top rail for weight reduction, indexing grooves at 12:00 for grip control, QD sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, compatible with low-profile gas blocks, 1.3" inside diameter, 1.5" outside diameter, and fits mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels. Not compatible with Aero M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.
