The ATLAS R-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the R-ONE handguards are engineered with weight and size in mind, making them the perfect choice for lightweight AR builds. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system offers a durable and dependable mounting solution with a sleek profile, combining strength and stability with aesthetic appeal.

ATLAS Attachment System

The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that apply even clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut using a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the system, ensuring a repeatable and rock-solid fit that avoids handguard distortion during installation.

Note: Designed to match Aero’s M5E1 Threaded Upper Receivers. May not be compatible with billet uppers due to indexing tabs. Standard armorer’s wrench required (not included).
