The Luth-AR Modular Buttstock Assembly (MBA-1) for AR-style rifles is designed to replace the standard A2 buttstock with a lightweight, durable, and customizable option. The MBA-1 is compatible with standard A2 rifle-style buffer tubes and includes Length-of-Pull (LOP) and cheek rise adjustments, offering enhanced comfort and precision for any shooter.

This buttstock features multiple sling attachment points, including molded pockets that accept Grovtec QD cups (sold separately, part# 593-000-038), and offers optional rail attachment compatibility. It is interchangeable with standard A1 or A2 buttstocks and most aftermarket buttstocks approximately 10.5″ in overall length. However, it is not compatible with carbine/collapsible rifles using 6-position buffer tubes—you’ll need the MBA-3 or MBA-4 for those platforms.

Fully ambidextrous, the MBA-1 allows the cheek piece to be installed on either side and adjusted both vertically and horizontally for a tailored fit. Weighing just 18.4 oz, it provides a Length-of-Pull range from 10.5" to 11.5".
