Midwest Industries introduces their AK Picatinny End Plate Adaptors, designed to modernize your AK platform by enabling compatibility with 1913-style fixed or side-folding stocks. These end plate adaptors are available for AKM pattern rifles as well as models with 4.5mm and 5.5mm pin sizes. Constructed from 6061 hardcoat anodized aluminum, each adaptor replaces the standard rear trunnion with a MIL-SPEC 1913 Picatinny rail. Installation is quick and simple—taking 15 minutes or less with the right tools—though cutting the stock tang and additional gunsmithing may be required depending on your firearm.
