The Midwest Industries HK MP5M Drop-In Handguard is a professional-grade, one-piece solution designed for A1 and A2 model compatibility. With an extremely lightweight and slim 1.6-inch diameter design, this handguard is constructed from durable 6061 aluminum and hard coat anodized for long-lasting performance. It includes one five-slot M-LOK™ rail, two anti-rotation QD sling swivel sockets, and all necessary installation tools. Compatible with HK MP5 and variants like Century AP5/K, Zenith ZF5/K, and MAC 5/K, this drop-in handguard is 922R compliant, made in the USA, and backed by MI’s lifetime warranty. The MP5M variant fits models with sling loops on both sides.
