The revolutionary, patent-pending Drivelock design—developed in collaboration with Icon Defense—features three independent wedges that interface with angular grooves in a proprietary barrel nut. This innovative system securely clamps the rail to the steel barrel nut while driving the handguard rearward toward the upper receiver for unmatched stability and alignment. The slightly larger inner diameter provides increased clearance around the gas block, improved rigidity over the M76, and enhanced heat management. The rail is finished with a durable MIL-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2 hard anodized coating to match SOLGW receivers and features engraved T-marks for consistent accessory placement.
