Description

The Strike Industries AR Overmolded Ultimate Dust Cover for .223/5.56 is the next evolution of the original Ultimate Dust Cover (UDC). Featuring a double injection mold and overmolded rubberized soft sealing lip, it offers a tighter seal to prevent water and debris from entering. The patent-pending "True Seal" internal lip improves port sealing beyond traditional covers.

Pre-assembled for tool-less installation, it includes an adjustable detent set screw for wear compensation and a rubber noise-reduction pad for silent operation. Made from high-strength impact-resistant custom blended SI Polymer Extreme, it resists deformation and rust. The cover installs or removes in 5–10 seconds, making it an excellent upgrade for new builds or maintenance.
