Description

The Strike Industries AR Overmolded Ultimate Dust Cover for .223/5.56 is the next evolution of the Ultimate Dust Cover (UDC). It features a double injection mold design with an overmolded rubberized sealing lip to improve protection against debris and water ingress when closed. The patent-pending "True Seal" internal lip ensures a tighter seal compared to traditional dust covers.

This dust cover comes pre-assembled for fast, tool-less installation and removal—using something as simple as a pen. It also features an adjustable detent set screw to compensate for wear on the upper receiver. The noise-reduction rubber padding makes activation nearly silent.

Constructed from overmolded, high-strength, impact-resistant SI Polymer Extreme, the UDC resists deformation and rust, unlike traditional steel covers. It's ideal for new builds or when removing the barrel nut—making it a convenient and cost-effective upgrade.
