Unlike crush washers—which are designed to deform and are typically single-use—these shim washers are flat and consistent, making them ideal for applications where bore alignment is critical. This is especially important when installing silencer mounts or aligning muzzle device ports correctly. Available in both 1/2"-28 TPI (.223/5.56) and 5/8"-24 TPI (.308), the Strike Industries AR Shim Set includes solid one-piece shims in various precision thicknesses to suit nearly any application.
