The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode direct impingement gas block for AR-15/AR-10/LR-308 platforms adjusts gas flow by bleeding excess gas from the front of the block rather than restricting it like conventional adjustable blocks. This design reduces internal pressure to only what is needed to cycle the bolt carrier, with the excess vented forward, resulting in a cleaner, cooler system. It decreases wear on the bolt carrier group and upper receiver, reduces felt recoil for quicker follow-up shots, and features an externally located adjustment detent to prevent contamination. The Bleed Off Mode avoids screw erosion and seizing, and a built-in safety prevents accidental screw removal. Ideal for use with SBRs and suppressors, the design minimizes blowback by venting excess pressure away from the shooter.
