The BCM® PNT™ Trigger and Hammer are engineered to exceed Mil-Spec standards without compromising the reliability of the USGI TDP (Technical Data Package). Each trigger and hammer undergoes a three-step heat treatment process for optimal grain structure alignment, providing superior durability and performance compared to commercial alternatives.

Trigger and hammer bores are honed for perfect alignment and smooth pull. Impact-resistant pins are centerless ground for exceptional finish and precision. The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel, fine blanked, and double disc ground for consistent operation.

Hand-polished sear engagement surfaces reduce friction by 300% beyond standard Mil-Spec, while the electroless nickel finish—infused with Teflon particles—reduces felt creep and grittiness. This finish also provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, rust, and oxidation.
