I had a $150.00 SOSS purchase credit and thought, what the heck. The M4 clones get a mixed rap online, but my inner gunpowder coupon queen pushed the buy button. SOSS was not sure it could ship to California, but my local FFL said it was OK, and it was. It would not cycle the shells properly, so I had the gunsmith look at it. He said it operates perfectly, just have to use high-base heavy loads. That's pretty much the same performance needs as my A5. I added a Turkey choke and brake on it, and it is quite the Turkey gun. The whole home defense with 3 buck scenario with the brake and pistol grip makes it my easiest 12-gauge shooter. The hard sights are surprisingly well done, and my old eyes can actually use them. I put a SightMark dot on it with tactical light and laser for my go-to HD thunderstick. I might have just got a good one, but it has a few hundred perfect rounds through it, and I can say it was a great buy at a ridiculously low M4 wanna-be price. Thank you SOSS, Martin H., rancher.
